During my time at HousingAnywhere, I participated in several projects that would help the company (and specifically the team) operate more efficiently, optimizing the processes and the overall product. I have also included some of my most interesting university assignments I have submitted.
Implementing and training chat-bot
Project Lead
Due to extremely large volumes of user approaching the company for the same (or similar) enquiries, we decided to implement a chat-bot. With a team of five peers, we identified frequently asked questions - and the corresponding answer - and lodged the answers into a chat-bot. This bot had to be trained and checked for defaults for 2 continuous months. The end-result was that 8% of total chat and email enquiries were automatically answered by the bot, leaving the team with a decreased workload.
Consultancy project
Consultant
During my third year at the Rotterdam Business school, I - together with two peers - participated in a consultancy project. The aim of this project was to give advice to a company whether it is prosperous for them to expand into a new market. This advice was based on thorough research that expanded over a 16 weeks project, applying the design-thinking approach. The report can be found here.

In the second year of my studies, I wrote a research paper that aimed to better understand the international world of business and the tools that are being used to analyze data in order to maximize opportunities and minimize risks.
